It will have been two years on the fifteenth of May, 2023 and oh my this website has grown and transformed so much in such a short period of time. A labor of love is all I can say about it and as such, on the anniversary date, I will be releasing some very nice updates and content!!! 

I am also finally getting back onto my feet (I know funny for me to say that) after my near-death experience with sepsis in February directly followed by my gallbladder removal and recovery. I am feeling better than I have in a very long time, I have been losing a lot of weight on my new diet and it shows in all of my test results, and I am running headfirst back into life, baruch Hashem!

While I was down, lying there, my body recovering from sepsis and my every organ almost failing me, I thought of new additions to add here, both in updates and wholly new content. I wasn’t simply slacking in my recovery, no way, I was planning and plotting away to make this site even better for all of you. Stay tuned, I am so excited about this anniversary coming up…
